This course is designed as a foundational, workshop-style, self-service Moodle course. It gives learners a practical introduction to AI governance and leads them to produce a small set of usable governance artifacts. The structure is robust enough to cover the major governance dimensions, but still basic enough for broad organizational audiences.
The intended audience includes project managers, PMO leaders, governance and risk professionals, compliance teams, digital transformation leaders, product owners, and functional managers involved in AI-enabled initiatives in small and medium sized enterprises.
The course is a self-paced, 10-module micro-course delivered through Moodle using a repeated pattern of short instruction, knowledge check, applied activity, and reflection. The final deliverable is a capstone AI Governance Starter Plan.
This workshop‑style course guides learners through understanding, customizing, and implementing a PMO (Project Management Office) using a reusable PMO Implementation Framework. Learners progressively adapt the framework to their own organizational environment and submit a complete PMO Implementation Package for review.
